RIP Ex Smash
From what I gathered

All variations
-Backdash has been nerfed(maybe)
-B13 has a gap (Excluding Cutthroat)
-Air Ball now hits overhead


Cutthroat
-B1 received a slight boost to range
-DB1 is now -5 instead of -8, Ex DB1 is -15 instead of -8

Cybernetic
-Nothing so far

Commando
-New 22 string
-New B13 1+3 string
-Strings now combo into command grab
-Choke is more plus on hit
-B1 is now a tick throw.


So what this means is that Cutthroat is now(probably) top 10, Commando is finally a character, and RIP Cybernetic.

I don't really see a nerf in his back dash. It still feels the same to me. Now i do need to check because i think his f4 actually low crushes now but i need to test it out. But it does seem as though his upball got a slight nerf. It's whiffing on big hit box characters like jax. Especially when trying two in a row.

Is cybernetic really "dead"? Maybe with the changes to blockbreakers taking stamina from both he will actually be able to keep people out now. Maybe even get some time outs since the clock is legit now? Plus all the S tiers getting normalized, I dont think anyone can be called dead. I dont know how the gap in B13 effects him much but cant that just start a mind game to bait unsafe armor and punish with B1 stagger? Maybe B1 xx EX knives to blow up safer armor?

Im glad the other Kanos look solid now though, Kanos the most fundamental character in the game so itll be nice to see him more in tourney
