In 30-45 minutes, shorter actually, you'll have access to join the draft lobby. There you will see a clock ticking down since the draft will be starting soon. When it starts you'll see it start rolling giving whoever' turn it is 60 seconds to select a player. After everyone has selected a player one by one by one, then the order will reverse and everyone selects players again. Everyone keeps selecting in this order until the draft is over.

Man it was. Something that was legendary as a mini game was the Tekken Force Mode in Tekken 3 and Tekken 4. Man it was hella fun to play after grinding too long or needing to blow off steam from sets. I miss those things in fighters.
