UPDATE: I was wrong. Thanks to some feedback from our friends at MKServer, it seems only some countries have access to it: "Only in Norway, Philippines and United Arab Emirates for now according to @papaBear85" - https://twitter.com/MKServer/status/591245980642738176

Yes, that is correct. Android users can now download and play the Mortal Kombat X mobile app to unlock costumes exclusive to the mobile app and use them on the console version. Not only this, but you can now play Mortal Kombat X on the go!

FYI all the not compatible messages are due to it being not available in the U.S or most anywhere at this point for some reason...its not your device...
