did it give you the skin as a reward for the tower or you mean you were grinding the towers for koins to buy it?
Did you get a gold rating each time you complete the towers? Some are saying you have to get a gold rating. Also did you complete all 3?

I did complete all three, but I don't think that I got GOLD in each.
i got sonyas tournament by completing klassic tower. If you guys want the dark empress KITANA you must get a GOLD rating on living tower.

Okay then. While we are at it (although I think it's kinda off-topic at this point), what it takes to get gold rating and how hard will it be? I was thinking about grinding out those costumes, but if it takes like seriously training each character, I'm not sure if I will manage that lol.
honestly im just going by the accelerated-ideas.com they updated with that outfit. I personally have not got it yet so i don't know the stipulations besides gold rating.
