I thought that was Cinder? lol It was taken from today's video that was showing/merging various clips of MK X. I'm 100% sure most of that GIF consists of Raiden going nuts with his lightning.

The more I look at it, the less it looks like him, Liu Kang has never worn anything like that before and the only thing that really looks like his is what appears to maybe be a headband.

Absolutely. I remember being something like nine or ten years old and heavily invested in MK: Deception because it was so fun, and I had instructions printed out from the interwebz on how to unlock the playable characters. I saw the part about unlocking Liu Kang, and then when I opened the chest that gave me the key to unlock him in the Krypt, it showed him as a zombie. I thought that was amazing.

I have a feeling he is going to be the final boss. Quan and Shinnok may be struggling to take him out because he could have possibly gone rogue and have his own agenda.
