AA Grab into the Corner

To Live is to Die
After and AA Grab that throws the opponent into the corner. You can dash up on top of them and do F3 which will cross up. You can hold the F3 for a bit to not make it cross up. Wake-ups are not reversed, but this can be beaten by holding the F3, then pressing MB.

Edit: Also if the F3 gets blocked you are at +8 or +9, with the opponent right next to you and in the corner.

I was just testing with my roommate, dunno if my timing is off, but it wasn't crossing up. I swear I was dashing as soon as possible and following up with a f3 immediately after the dash animation.

From my testing, Grundy has to be positioned over the opponents belt area after the dash for it to cross-up. So you kinda have to be close to the corner, like a little bit more than sweep distance from the corner.

I do dis all the time. I even do it midscreen lol...

Whats even great is after the ji3 sometimes I like to NJ3 and they still get hit.

Land a ji3 right and you can land a d2.

after this f3 tech ive been messing with quickstand set ups : do f3 MB , 32 , d2 , d2 mix up ( 35%)
also this is pretty weird :(corner) 112 db2 MB , ji2 112 bf2 MB dash df1 < this leaves you right on top of their head, if u dash then neutral jump it crosses up , if u dash then WC i think it reverses wake ups (something strange is happening, needs more testing ) @ll Nooby ll

edit / yo grundy vortex , in corner : 112 bf2MB , dash , df1 , dash nj3 11 df1 , dash ,nj3 11 df1 , repeat as needed lol

I'll try to record next time, but I stopped playing shortly after the patch came out because I have no passion for the game like I do for MK9... But now it is back at EVO, I am getting back into it. I am scrub status right now so all you will see is Grundy destroying Killer Frost lol

@ll Nooby ll 's Grundy is a machine... he's no joke!

If konqrr says it I believe it. I think that MU is in his favor too...no wonder you hate him. KF is really good though.
