I would love all this. My list of buffs would be:

-Faster start up on lightning (a little slower than rains)

-Arrow start up is fine but being safe on block would be good. ( I would love kratos arrows honestly)

-f2 is 15 frames instead of 20 and hits overhead

-f3 is a low, 10 frames, and neutral on block

-d1 is 6 frames

-giving axe a faster start up for more viable AA (it wouldn't take much)

-eh axe a +3 on block would be real nice. + 6 would be a bit much.

I think these are all reasonable buffs that would help make him more dangerous across the board but not OP.

It's really the worst when there's a nearly complete character and you know with just slight buffs that they'd blow everyone up...Jade, Sheeva, Baraka, Kano. Yeah, there's no current hope really for them, but Nightwolf...oh he could be so good with minor adjustments.

I went to my first tournie yesterday, I didnt do so great but I put that down to nerves.

However, playing some casuals aferwards I started using Nightwolf. Hadn't used him for months and damn, I actually forgot how good he is. Maybe its cause my overall fundamentals have improved but you really cant jump against this guy. Axe, standing 1, d1, even B2 are all great AA's. His up close pressure is pretty good and he can even lame it out. I'm predisposed to rushing and I just dont know if Ermac is really full filling my needs, and Lui Kang is not as great as I once prehaps thought. Kano is a joke so im ditching him and I need someone to compliment my CSZ. He's my best character, but he gets so lamed out by instant air fireballs, it's a joke.

Nightwolf though....DAMN!

Just be careful...against kabal and kit iaf are still a pain in the ass...lol

Man I need some offline kabal practice.

L0rdoftheFLY I honestly dont know what to put here lol. Unfortunately I havent been playing Nightwolf nearly as much as Ermac, but I still havent found anything new and exciting with the wolf. Hopefully something groundbreaking is soon to come.

As someone who's learned combos/messed around with almost the entire cast, I can say with complete and total confidence that NW is one of the most fun characters I've ever used. Although I use Raiden, Quan and Cyrax so any character as fast as NW is fun for me.

Looking forward to seeing it because I am literally lost with this character. I dont seem to play him as effective as I used to so I am losing hope in MY Nightwolf. =(

D1 anti-air or anti-cross up. It also links into axe swing better. But it is 7 frames so to counter poke you are better off with D3.
