As of now this is my hyper kombat tier list, the top has been studied more than the bottoom, this needs a bit more exploration before i decide on a better list but these are my thoughts

Im pretty sure Kano's upball is an infinite in hyper kombat. Put him up at the very top with Cage. A combat code making a character go from last to first is sweet. Also, just a random piece of info, if you play no arm combat then mileena's teleport is an actual infinite

@topic - isn't hyper kombat basically just like all frame data is cut in half? wouldn't things still be as punishable if you're a robot or REO or something?
