Who is the most technical character in MK9. Of the most technical characters in the game, who may not have been explored properly or had representation in majors?

Heard Liu Kang isn't that explored, not that technical but apparently he has frame traps out the ass.

Skarlett deffo, her combos on paper are a nightmare, trying to do them is even worse.

Skarlet by far. Then probably Sonya or Kabal, these two are pretty even in execution.

CSZ is probably the most techical character.

Being execution heavy doesnt mean technical, Sonya Kabal and Skarlet players are free to do anything they want whenever they want against most or all of the cast.

Rain has his real dirt yet to be exposed.
Cyrax has not been played to his full potential as yet.

We are only scratching the surface with Freddy, and only M2dave has a handle on him right now.

I think Reptile is on his way back up at the highest level. He's got plenty of dirt that people are overlooking as well.
