1. Sub zero MK2 and UMK3
2. Reptile MK2 and UMK3
3. Ermac MK2 and UMK3
4. Scorp Mk2 and UMK3
5. Skarlet costume 2,MK2, and MK3
6. Mileena MK2
7. Smoke UMK3
8. Kenshi costume 2
9. Rain UMK3

I'm at a lost I can't figure out what the last costume is :-( maybe someone else can comment on it.

Btw you unlock kenshi, rain, and skarlet costume 2 after you beat the last stage in the new challenge tower
