Once lag comes into play, who are your Top 5 Characters?

I'd go with these five:

1.) Raiden (Teleport just can't be punished)
2.) Quan Chi (can't react to his teleport and can't defend his B+3, 1+2)
3.) Sheeva (online her sloppiness doesn't matter and teleport)
4) Noob Saibot (can't react to his 50/50 projectiles)
5.) Kung Lao (Teleport)

Universal difference is pokes. Counter poking etc is way too inconsistent online. So many times people pressure with pokes into normals. Well if you block a poke you cant do that because youll get poked back before the person attempts a normal. Online this doesn't matter. So many times you can block a D+3 but still eat a normal.

1) Kung Lao (Free teleport. Hard to punish consistently. Cant punish low hat. Spin recovers better than -23 a lot of times. People like Sonya cant get their highest damage output on a blocked spin consistently)
2) Cage (Frame traps can becomes infinites online) The universal poking online you can feel in this MU. so many times I block a D+3 and poke back but F+3 blows me up. It is what it is though
3) Reptile (Free elbow dash/inconsistent to punish)
4) Sonya (Cartwheel on block is not -3 rather than neutral at times or adv. Dive kick is 100x safer. Very inconsistent to punish.)
5) Some Zoning characters like Freddy, Noob, Sindel (Cant react to projectiles that well and always get blown up)
