Kano Ball= most damaging ender
B2= good anti-air but scales a lot in combos otherwise​

In the corner, you can always get 11 after snakebite and follow up with F2 into Kano ball.

Midscreen:
F2+ Snakebite * F2 + Kano Ball 320 DMG
[Starter]Snakebite * Micro Dash * 1,1 * F2 + Kano Ball 301.00 DMG

D2 KB midscreen:
D2KB+ 11* F2 + Snakebite AMP * F2 + Kano ball 464 DMG

Corner:
J4 * 11* 11 * F2 +Snake Bite * F2 + Kano Ball 410.10 DMG

[starter] (S4 most damage) + Snakebite * 11 * F2 + Kano ball 303-337 DMG

D2 KB Korner:
D2KB 11 *11 F2+ Snakebite * F2 + Kano Ball

Anti-Air Midscreen:
B2 * 11 * F2 + Snakebite + F2 + Kano ball 322 DMG

D1 * B2 * F12 + Snakebite * F2 + Kano ball 312 DMG

Anti-Air Corner:
B2 * 1,1 * 1,1 * F2 + Snakebite * F2 + Kano ball 334 DMG

U2 and Flawless/B:
F2 +Snakebite * F2 + Kano ball 324 DMG

Punish:
1,1* F2 + Snakebite * F2 + Kano ball (?)

Jump in:
J4 * F12 + Snakebite * F2 + Kano ball 342 DMG

KB+Fatal Blow:

D2KB * S3 + FB 498 DMG



Just putting it out there so we got something to start with. Friends of mine (@DoDaMuSiC and Chels) labbed this cause they're awesome. Let's find some more!

Is [starter] x Snakebite x B2 x F2 x Kano Ball still optimal midscreen?

you can connect B2 F2 after snakebite? :O

I'll have to try it out at lunch, I'm at work right now. In the corner, I did J4 F2 snakebite F2 kano ball and that did around 38%

@Vslayer Mid screen your optimal will be Starter~AMP Snake Bite - Micro Dash - 11 - F2~Kano Ball for a touch over 30% regardless of starter. Important to note that the microdash can be buffered from AMP Snake Bite. Once you get the buffer down, it's pretty easy.

for only 1% less @MsMiharo 's combo with b2 in place of micro dash 11 is super easy. Whatever your preference. I think b2 might be more worth it for most folks as its fool proof. Even though I hit 11 micro dash consistently, there's still a chance I could drop it. With b2, there is no chance.

you can connect B2 F2 after snakebite? :O
B2 after Snake bite has a weird input window. You can input B2 super early (just after the glow indicating the meterburn and before the animation ends) so the juggle is high enough to connect F2 without problem

I don't remember it being this hard with the combos when I ran snakebite in casuals is there a trick to doing it or should i just git gud?

It really is amazing to me how simply adding a combo tool like Snake Bite instantly makes Kano so much more fun.

Without using F2, that is death on block, the most damaging starter seems to be S4 (High, +5 on block). Non hit confirmable but a good option after confirming successful jump punch.
The possible combo routes are:
J2,S4xxDB3,ff,11,F2xxBF3 (optimal)
J2,S4xxDB3,B2,F2xxBF3 (a bit less damaging, easier and more consistent)


A really good option after a succesful jump kick is F12xxDB3,ff,F2xxBF3. High damage and easily hit confirmable. In order to connect F1, it's neccessary to do a deep jk and input F1 the moment Kano lands.

Super consistent and damaging combo in the corner:
J4,d1,11,S4xxDB3,F2xxDB3.
Ending with BF3 is more damaging, but leaves you in the corner, according to what I labbed this morning. D1 can be substituted with 11, but the timing is more strict.
I think, as @Vslayer pointed already, that J4,11,11,F2xxDB3,F2xxDB3 is the optimal, but the hitbox and timing for F2 can be a little tricky.

If you're having some issues doing the F2 part in the JI4 F12xxDB3,ff,F2xxBF3 combo, you can substitute in 2,2 for slghtly less damage but an easier hit confirm.

Added a new mid-screen optimal D2 KB combo, 46% and the corner one, which I forget how much it does. I'll check after work.
