Yeah only 33. But it’s frame data is unchanged and only far reaching u2’s can punish. I’ve never used this string tbh tho.

Jax, Sonya, Cassie, maaaaybe Erron Black? I had a little exposure to the Erron Black matchup last week and it felt kinda back and forth, but I could easily imagine that being a problematic matchup for Sub-Zero.

Death-Cicle Barrage is ice cold garbage in neutral, but at least it sorta beats armored wakeup, uppercut wakeup, and back roll if done asap in corner. Doesn't seem worth the risk though...

I just realized :
"Deep freeze" connects after f2, making Sub a clean 50/50er. Suddenly this is worthy of 2 slots.

Not really, I wouldn't pick Deep Freeze AND Rising Ice together as both enable 50/50 on their own, so I'd go for some utility. That said as Deep Freeze is 2 slots I'd always pick Rising Ice over it.

No, we need:

1. Deep Freeze to be a universal amplify move. (Why does that need to be a custom special move??)
2. Kreeping Ice to be in a tournament variation
3. Something fun like puddle/ice trap/rising ice to be in a tournament variation

Not really, I wouldn't pick Deep Freeze AND Rising Ice together as both enable 50/50 on their own, so I'd go for some utility. That said as Deep Freeze is 2 slots I'd always pick Rising Ice over it.

I haven't actually messed with Rising Ice because it's not in a tournament variation. I've seen what it can do though and it's pretty sick.

I'm mostly using it as so far I'm only doing PVE and it's awesome, already squeezed most optimal combos. But combining with Deep Freeze isn't so useful as they overlap and Deep Freeze is 2 slots.

I'd rather have either Rising Ice with Air Axe abd Kreeping Ice for utility or Rising Ice with Ground Freeze or Arctic Trap for setup combos.

Many people are trying to get Subzero nerfed saying he's S tier and shit because they get hit by an unsafe 50/50 smh.

If we get any kind of buff right now it will be MKX Shinnok 2.0 time

I like your ideas a lot. I think that would be a pretty sweet variation for Sub-Zero. Very strong tool kit. Too strong? Naaah...
