I dont believe anyone who really uses the character seriously thinks he's bottom tier. Personally, I'd say upper mid if anything, Top 10 or right outside it.

Mid to bottom tier imo is someone trying to make a joke.

Joker didn't move up the tier list bc sonic beat forever king's batman. I think Catwoman and Scarecrow are even when it comes to tools.
-Catwoman has an easier time getting in but her up-close game isn't as good as his.

-Scarecrow has a bit of a harder time while getting in but once he is in he can take your whole lifebar.

-Both have a great neutral but his is slightly better.

-Both have good wake-ups

The only thing where she outshines him is in damage actually but when he has trait on he probably does as much (this is just a blind guess tho)

His neutral is not better, his mids are slower and she can just low profile them all, including his d1. She can also b3 or ex b3 his f1 on reaction, and most of his other strings have gaps.
Her ji2 is much better, her damage is crazy for even less meter, she has great staggers and pressure, great sweep, ambigous f3 in the corner, plus frames, and faster strings and also great footsies.
Not to mention that she can also punish his trait from anywhere on the screen for a full combo.

I am not talking about the Catwoman vs Scarecrow MU. His range is better than hers, his sweep is great, both have gread air normals.

But again, we are talking about the characters in general, not the MU.

idgaf about a Scarecrow player's opinion on how Scarecrow loses the Scarecrow-Catwoman mu, even if I could trust a single word that comes from the SC community and said you were absolutely right, its still irrelevant, nobody was talking about that one match-up just saying Scarecrow is the better character overall




that being said I absolutely do not trust anything a Scarecrow player has to say about that character and nobody should. Nothing personal. But your community has trashed its reputation entirely and even the ones of you who didn't contribute that too few of you actually spoke against the horrendous downplay happening every single time that character was mentioned

I know you like to whine about the Catwoman mu but Whiteboi 3-0'd the best Catwoman in top 16. I don't understand why a character that doesn't play keep-away at all would be a problem for him.
