Do I need to run after the njp or can I just straight up go for b12. Also, what's a good max dammy combo off of njp
Nah, you don't need to run after the NJP. We would add the RUN input after the NJP, had we known it a long time ago.

As for the combo off the NJP, I don't know much of them, but I would think of this:

NJP, JIP, JIP, 1, 1, 123xxSlice-/-Icy Slide (assuming you have Aura on), SS, Aura, JIP, 123xxSlide-/-B12xxBurst.

no need to run, but you can get additional corner carry if you want by doing njp jip run b12xxslide for 1% more

Max meterless midscreen njp combo I think is something like njp b12xxiceball (back up) jip b12xxslide. Not really sure about the corner but njp njk b2 123xxslide is 28%

Is this in the corner? doing 2 jip's scales the combo a lot, if you are going for something like that better to just do more 1s, i.e. njp jip 1 1 1 123xxslide is more damage.

This one is, I think, 37%.

Let me give you a tip here:

B12xxAura, B12xxEx Burst, RUN, B12xxIceball, Aura, NJP, B12xxBurst.

If you add the Aura and do the Burst in the end of the combo, it will give much more damage. The Aura gives the Burst 13% dmg, which is close as the Shatter. Plus, the Burst sends away your opponent, similar to F12 and 112.

If you are going to use burst as an ender don't aura up after the iceball, you do less damage. You do 39% with the burst ender without the aura, 38% with. But again, I really don't think burst is ever a good ender unless you really want max damage.

Nah, I never aura up mid combo. And burst isn't about the damage, its about the roll

That is why I use EX aura if you go for the reset. The reset is not B12 xx aura xx B12. its the part where you B12 ~ B2. Its called a reset bc it does not combo so it resets the damage counter. aura into B12 is a combo. They connect.
We're talking about the same thing. B12~Aura, B12 is the setup before you then use B2, B33, or throw. You're saying you like EX Aura because the link is easier and protects you if you get punished for the B2. I'm saying that it's not worth the bar and very few people punish the B2 anyway. But, I agree that online EX Aura can be a better choice, since the regular Aura B12 link is so tight.

As for a NJP combo, I believe the highest damage midscreen is from:

NJP, JIP(2), B12, 123~Slide

Though the Ice Ball combo works just fine too and is a bit easier.

Unless I'm understanding it wrong, this doesn't do anything. Best case scenario you get a f4xxaura cancel on block, worst case they don't tech roll and punish you. If you have footage of it in action in your various videos that you've posted that might help, but I don't think what you are saying is a thing.

Why would you not want plus frames? And if they don't tech roll, why would I commit to f4?

Lol, I don't know what you tell you then. I play all the time on PS4 and virtually never get punished.

As for the roll thing, I do agree with you that sometimes it can be good to shed Aura at the end of a combo to then give yourself the opportunity for the F4~Aura plus frames. However, I doubt it's applicability midscreen, and in most cases you will be better served ending your combo in Slide and then going for B12~Burst or 123~Burst or even F42~Burst to get the chip and meter, as well as setup the post Burst with Aura onion.

Don't forget, it applies to burst pressure at well. Not just as enders
