She can already jip > float > njp right? The new jip > float > jip will be much better leading to a string even if blocked. She can also just do jip into B3 for a bit of a mixup (although I think you can just crouch block and react to a float after the jip because it's too slow?).

For anything one who thinks Royal Storm 24 string is gonna be useful: no it's not. It leads to much worse damage than 111 or 212 fan on hit. There's no reason to use it when you have 212. It looks cute but if they don't adjust the damage (instead of frame data), it's still useless

Probably. Safe wake ups are likely to be a little OP now that pressure on oki is nerfed with the stamina changes. However I'm shit so ill take all I can get. It probably means that more people are gonna pick her up so I'm gonna have to deal it in mirror matches now!

No because most characters now have a multi hitting safe armored moves.... some with even 3 hits of armor

TS is safe depending on distance. Ex is completely safe

F2 has massive range

Pushback on lift is alot

50% 1 bar in the corner in RS is back. 52% in assassin. Sharpen combos are still the same damage

U2 float jp2 f112 jails. F22u4/Rising Blades do not

24 pushback is alot.

Ass/air ass recover on whiff is alot shorter

Hi Everyone Formal Milenna, Takeda and cassie main. This patch has not been fair to me and has forced me to seek refuge by top tier hunting. I have come to the realization that kitana is clearly the best character right now and I would like to know which pro I can watch to get kitana's base strategy and OKI down. @Admired any input will be helpful Thanks.

It's just another move you can throw in your arsenal to mix it up. It does decent damage on hit and can lead to some good oki.
