tag team is the worst game mode ever... so glad they left it out of mkx.

Great video btw, even though it is kinda shocking to see how bad that game is compared to the new one... but at the time it was awesome.

Sheeva secretly top tier?!

Nice video. Always had tons of fun trolling with her in MK9 and that famous forward throw headbutt.

Feels like I'm watching a Summoner's War video with that damage.... Jesus, please take the wheel and do a Jade combo video next? #MakeJadeGreatAgain!!

Tag isn't meant to be taken seriously as a mode, it's actually pretty fun when you play with friends. Of course it's broken and all that.

Dope video. Had no idea you could whiff that grab for combos in the corner.

I get that there is a tiny fraction of players that like the mode, but IMO, it is a perfect example of how MK sacrifices development time form making the game a true competitive titles for superfluous features that no one gives a crap about.

I would rather tag mode, which despite a few posts claiming it was awesome was COMPLETELY dead online nearly form day one... test your might, even the crypt.. There is a reason games like Street Fighter do not do it, and not because they do not have the ideas, it is because it frees up resources to make the actual "fighting game" part be as good as it can be.

In fact they Capcom had the balls to remove solo play, much like some of the top FPS Arena games have, as in the scheme of things, no one gives a shit about it. Sure there was some complaining from the reviewers that no jack off about anything but Capcom is focused and that is why that make "the best" fighters. Putting story mode into DLC.. genius.

I don't know bro, didn't you find SFV's launch to be really shaky?

it dosn't matter.. with games it is about how they are supported not how they are released. Games are super complex now. The days of some dude in the mid 90s with his 2 mates making a complete game that can fit on 4 floppy dics and it being released perfect are done. Anyone that is expecting that is just living in denial about how games are made now. Capcom may have pushed the release a little early due to financial pressures, like deadlines and cross market timing and stuff are real pressures but the game has always been very good, despite the problems, and they are all slowly getting ironed out.

That being said the 8 Frame Delay to "hide" online lag is a really strange if understandable decision.

I'm just glad their support of our has been so stellar. Still waiting on my Gief buffs though, lol. Also, gaming companies only do that stuff because we let them. If everyone quit buying unfinished games, they'd knock that shit off due to financial pressure. So denial nothing. Be the change you want to see in the world. Maybe you'll get it, maybe not.

This is such absolute rubbish, it is near self-delusion.

Uh-huh. I think I find your life views disturbing. You're the "bend over and take it type," I see. Do you man, but don't expect me in your corner.
I have no interest in pursuing any further discourse with you.
right.... cause telling me I take it up the butt is perfectly fine, but when I point out that these kind of attitudes are completely unrealistic it is not worth speaking to.

I get that there is no way your opinion can be explained beyond the fact "that you want it that way so it should be done that way".. but the truth is that it can NOT be done any other way. Which, indecently, is why it isn't done that way.

Computer games are incredibly complex and the development of AAA titles are running into millions of dollars. Equipment, skilled workers, all the wages, rental on buildings. These are fiscal pressures that mean unless you are like Blizzard and early millions a month from a subscription game, then there is NO WAY you can just release a perfect game. You need to release it to pay the bills.

It is all about how it is supported after release that matters in todays market, support I might add that is fueled by DLC. It is just as ridiculous to expect a developer to support a game for years and years without new funds coming in as expecting them to be able to get everything working perfectly before the dead line.

This conversation reminds me of a conversant I had with a punk kid, big purple and green spiked mohawk . . He literally couldn't understand why he couldn't get a job. In a perfect world, a fantasy world, it probably shouldn't matter what he looked like, but in the real world.. it dose matter.

Yeah. I was making a comparison to the damage of the two (basically a Sheeva combo is the Equivalent of Dark Basalt's Third skill against a high HP monster (B10 Water))
Bruh, add me. My name is waifu4me. Guild leader and everything.

First impression is the ultimate and last impression.

Ahh man, Look at those beautiful hit boxes and hit confirms and overall no-limits fun we used to have compared to the autistic garbage we play now.
