Not sure if this was mentioned but the B21 starter can be used for the two bar corner combo for 47%(For SR). Also the one bar for 36% as well.
 
TL;DR B21 easily combos into Tornado, use and abuse, Tornado is safe on block no reason not to use this more. Unless if everyone already knows this.

Idk if anyone's used this, I've been using it for a while with Shirai Ryu for one bar off an overhead, but I don't see it in the updated combo list so here goes:

B21xxEX Tornado, B21xxTeleport, F21xxSpear (38%)

It's good damage and really easy to execute for the most part. The thing that makes this better than using EX FF is that it can be done even from any range and adjust the Tornado to match. B21 combos into Tornado, and it provides a little more damage than using EX Spear. Finally, Tornado is safe on block, so instead of inputting an EX Tornado you can input the normal one and be unpunishable. The only issue is the gap between B21 and the Tornado, so you can get beat out with a move (Kotal can EX Anti-Air you and it's about the funniest thing tbh).

Another one bar, though not providing maximum damage, does lead into good corner carry from range and a hard knockdown if you want that stuff:

B21xxEX Tornado, B21xxTornado (30%)

Of course, 30% isn't optimal off one bar, but the corner carry on this is insane and from midscreen can take the opponent to the corner in one go with a hard knockdown. If you want, you can substitute the B21xxTornado Kick with a run-in 44xxSpear for 34%, or a run-in F21xxFF for 30% for a hard knockdown and even less corner carry if that's your preferred move (I prefer Tornado though).

B112 21xBlade Drop, EX Blade Call, NJP 21 BF2
B3xClose Blade Drop EX Blade Call, NJP 21 BF2
B21xBlade Drop Blade Call, D1 21 BF2 This is meterless!
If you can't hit confirm B21, then B212+4xBlade Drop EX Blade Call, NJP 21 BF2

End in BF2 for the most damage. End in DF3 for a +9 restand. End in another blade drop to scare the crap out of them (21 restands, so they'll end up standing on top of the blade at the end of your combo but you sacrifice extra damage) lol.

I highly doubt these are optimal combos but they are my best ones atm.

On the right corner you can do Ex Fist Flurry > NJP > RC 4 > Quick Phase > 112 > ender

This doesn't seem to work for the left corner for some reason sadly.

I'm guessing the rc causes you to switch sides, there for you put them back in the corner after you teleport?

Never end in grab, regardless of damage, someone can easily tech it and if you make a mistake after that you have no bar to break anything. If you can end in another d2 for max damage.

Does anyone have any tips on converting from a B3xxBladeDrop/Call? After a Blade Call my opponent isn't coming towards me enough for me to convert.

Disclaimer: These are practical, rather than max-damage. If you are a "combo master" and can reliably execute combos which are more difficult/tighter than these for slightly higher damage, enjoy. But by 'practical' I generally mean BnB's you probably won't drop in the heat of a tournament set and can connect in your sleep.

(njp = nj1 or nj2; jik = jump forward 3, but in some cases jump forward 4 will work as well)


Note: Against Ferra/Torr specifically, you will need to substitute b2~tele for b12 tele, as b12 tele will whiff.

Also for Lasher, this is pretty situational, if you decide to Armor your BF4 as a wakeup or for mindgames:
BF4ex RUN 44~Whip Assault for 28%
There are also many small meterless ones for Lasher if you want me to list them. Here's one with a NJP starter: NJP JIP RUN 44~Whip Assault

Hey D7X, anything starting with 44 isn't really a BnB, as it's too slow and the hitbox is too strange for a typical starter.

It could as a long-blockstun punish, though. But I figure everyone already knows that; as it's the same as Shirai Ryu.

Yeah, I really only use it as a punish.
I know overhead and low starters are usually the starters and all. Are you taking situational BnB starters like BF4ex?
