Ex smoke bomb is +8 and the only string that goes into ex smoke bomb with out a gap is 114 (however theres a gap between the 2nd and 3rd hit of 114).
Using the tracking bomb db1 ex guarantees you nothing but leaves you +8. However if you use db1f ex it guarantees f131 for a true block string. I believe it's about +14

Normals that jail off of 114~ex db1f:
d1
1
f1
f2
d2
3
b3
f4

Edit: Just found out this doesn't work on crouching opponent, the far bomb misses :(

Not a true blockstring at all since 11 (4) has a gap.

Just do 3 into exsb. 1, f1 an d1 still jail.

But this can still be used as a pressure tool. It guarantees a low (b3) a mid into a full combo (f4) and f121. An opponent isn't going to armour between 114 everytime meaning this is still useful and more useful than s3 ex bomb because it does more chip and gives you more options on block. Obviously you can stagger 1, 11, 111, 1112 and bait armour after 11. I think this is useful pressure.

In what way? There's a gap in 114 and it whiffs on crouching opponents.
If you were able to take a joke you would know I was kidding. If I was seriously callin something broke I would have put a explanation behind it.

It's difficult to detect sarcasm in text. This is why people usually use things like Doges after such a comment.
