@YOMI REO and @JDM how exactly are you linking the tech roll then b2? I seem to always be just slightly out of range and if I am in range, the b2 gets blocked? What exactly am I looking/feeling for as far as visual ques or sounds or whatever go?

You gotta do it immediately once you get up. Don't walk/run nothing. It feels like you're not in range but you definitely are.

I really don't understand why NRS continues to leave the players in a hittable state when in the middle of a throw animation

I'm still really struggling with this setup in all variations. Either my throw whiffs and the two discs hit but I can't combo afterwards or I land the throw but when I roll I'm farther away than it looks in the vid. Did this setup get patched or something or am I still just off on execution?

Let your opponent drop closer to the ground before doing the 32 EX Disc.
