The update takes you to 10.729GB from where ever you are with your downloads. Im started from about 4.something gigs and going to 10.729.

Db 4 flip kick is slower (17F) startup. Just checked the corner Tanya BNB pre-patch combo that was 14 hits 41% damage, is now 35% in the XL patch.

GGPO online is in effect, you can check the online settings in the menus now. Feels great, aside from a few matches where i'm pretty sure the opponents were using wireless.

Mileena's B1 has 4 active frames now down from 9 (at least it said 9 on the fd) and it's -2 on block, B12 is -1 on block, low sai is +2 on hit once again, she kept her other changes.


Kitana kept her changes + 6F D3 and 19F F2.

Is GGPO in it? Can you please confirm?
If so, what about the region lock? are u able to play lowtier americans?

GGPO is implemented. There is a Online option for "Match Quality", Ping and Offline input delay.

Had 5 matches online that were great.

The NRS excuse was something about PS4 not having world discs. When I brought up that other games didn't have it, the guys had no idea how that would even be possible.
