Not sure if this has been mentioned, and i couldnt find anything in the forums, so i thought i'd post about it ;) -
I was messing around in practice earlier today with smoke, and found that after a high JK into TP, you can D1 into a smoke bomb to carry on the combo. i thought this was quite cool, and i havnt actually seen anyone use this so i thought it was worth mentioning in any case.
Some combo Ideas,
3D12, NJP, 32, High JK into TP, D1, Smoke bomb, JK Air throw.. into whiffed TP to carry on pressure - Does like 44% with JiP if i remember correctly.
Or, 3D12, NJP, 3D12, High JK into TP, D1, Smoke bomb, Xray For 47% with JIP.
*EDIT* heres one FrothyOmen pointed out, 3D12, NJP, 32 High JK into TP, D1, Smoke bomb, 214, invisibility - *keeps them in the corner*

Just wanted to share this, it might come in handy for some smoke players and their corner game. if its allready been found, sorry for wasting your time lol, but it might be helpful to some people that dont know about it anyways :)

Oh, quick side note... you have to jump BACKWARDS when doing the JK into TP, otherwise it'll miss!

It's widely known that Smoke has insane corner game, at least here in the Smoke forums. But JK teleport hasn't exactly been used all that much so that's something to take a look at. I'd like to see this in action, so thanks for the post!

I know his corner game is awesome, but if used correctly, maybe this could help it be even better? :) I would post a video, but the quality would be so shit i doubt you'd even see the combo. Lol.

EX Ovi should launch
Smokes corner game is pretty good. developing from the sektor corner game that ketchup developed, where you dont try to go for insane combo damage, you use setups to make the opponent move / roll / *baited* wakeup attack.

How i usually execute this is by opening with EX-Shake to stuff any wakeups the opponent may try to do, and if they roll back you can cancel with uf,uf for a forward jump cancel, leading to pressure also. What this does is it shows my opponent that they should fear waking up in my face.

Once this is established it becomes a risky guessing game, not only for you but for your opponent too.
- You can poke them on wakeup to make pressure and to lead to combos.(also you can sweep to stuff out badly timed wakeup attacks and to make them want to wake up crouch blocking)
- You can 3d12/b21/njp them on wakeup too.
-Smoke towards the corner will cause a funny looking animation where your smoke will fly over your opponents head, however your hitbox and character will not move. With EX this sometimes goes past them, obviously this isnt street fighter with left/right mixups, but it helps by swapping the opponents inputs.
-smoke backwards creates a new situation for them, They are still in the corner, but you arent in their face, what are they going to do, probably react to it. EX Shake on reactions, or dash block back in (not too close!) and B2,1 or B4 . abuse the stupid range on your normals, they arent going anywhere so know your spacing!

All of this is something that needs more work (or its just risky and not incredible like say subs corner game) but for now it gets me by in the corner.

Also something i need to look at is the invincible frames on EX-drift so that i can begin working out a way to punish peoples wakeups on recovery and not block.

Also dont try to abuse the F4 resets in the corner, they are good but they diont always work, i think that the JK~ Airthrow in the corner is better because it lets you space and breathe a bit because of the untechable knockdown it gives!

Alternatively, end that wall combo with 214xxinvisibility after the smoke bomb. should do the same damage and it leaves your opponent in the corner which lets you continue your pressure with the benefit of invisibility. Sadly I'm not able to test since I'm back at college but I'd love to see a video of this in action :) This is probably a stretch but it's not possible to do this midscreen, is it? With the jk xx telepunch > d1 xx bomb or maybe a d4 xx bomb?

2,1,4 into invisi is possible, sadly these are corner only combos, the TP pushes them to far for midscreen, and yeah, like i said.. would love to post a vid, but it would be really bad quailty, not worth watching. if someone else could record it and post it here, it would be great :D
