All games have life cycles. Some longer than others.

Do you see Darkstalkers 3 in the EVO circuit? No. The game ran its course.

MK10 will run its course as well.

Yea I know it's like painting a target on your back but oh well it's 2014 not the 90's time to let go of those old ass mechanics

Depends on the quality of the game. I don't need it to be the best fighting game in the world, or even good.

However, if it's putrid I will have no qualms with not playing or giving a shit about it.

When DA hit, I stopped paying attention to the series for 8 years, and up until that time, it was my all time favorite franchise.

I kinda liked that thread where people thought up traits for MK characters.
Of all the stuff, other than MB F or B 3, I always thought trait would be something interesting for MK to take from Injustice.

But for the most part Boon claims that they only make another game if it can do something new, not just copy their last work.

Ya man lets be serious if it's not good you can't expect people to just force themselves to play something. If the game is fun and balanced then it will live a long life. It's really as simple as that. If you support a game even if it's shit you only promote more shitty games being made.
Edit: I should also say relatively balanced, cause c'mon it's probably not gonna be balanced lol

People say this now but they'll just flock to the next game NRS puts out... I still play MK9 and I tried to keep the online portion alive but no1 else wants to play. Niggas all voted yes in Blake's poll, but only played MK9 for like a week then went back to Injustice. Same thing happened to Curbo's online tourneys.
