Her zoning isn't a huge issue...just block Iceberg and that's a free dash, basically. Her air dashing isn't that big of a deal since she has like 1 good air attack. The slide is really dumb the way its designed...active frames up the ass and safe on block. Really?

It's less about the zoning in terms of damage and how the zoning makes you move into slide's sweet spot. I need to grind the MU more, obviously, but that doesn't mean I can't hate slide until my dying breath.

Slide has NO active frames until she is right next to you. If you were a jedi, you could sweep or d1~whatever or throw her every time ^_^

It's true. You can slide at point blank range, HEAR her yell and still be grabbed. This is a tight window, and is not after the slide has come out but shows that at different distances, you can guague the active frames.

Rico was asked about how he snuffed it ON REACTION with b23 by Arturo at Summer Jam. He was mid screen to close range. Whether or not it was on reaction, it was done and is in the archives for you to see. If you want to keep the Frost hate going, I recommend looking at a different aspect of her arsenal.

I sure as hell would have been as well. Horrific incidents like that have no place in tournies. They can cause lasting trauma, the TOs really need to get their feces together and censor these things from the viewers.

ha, bottom line = that this patch will help KF in her worst MU so that along with the interactable nerfs and staying relatively unchanged after the nerfs she already received is good news for me and the Frost Nation. Not being able to parry Zod's trait and losing the parrying armored moves glitch is certainly more of a fix and not a nerf.

On another note, Zod can't duck Batgirl's cartwheel anymore so suck it lulz.

I don't think she is that great right now and after the patch GA, DD and CW are all definitely better than her. She's upper mid-tier still. She is a one dimensional character. Her zoning is punishable and her movement sucks. Her slide has no priority. Her normals are probably the worst in the game. Her D2 is decent but that's about it. The only thing she has going for her are the vortexes, which doesn't really make her good, it just keeps her in the match. She can't win consistently off the vortex alone. She will get her wins here and there, but she's not a character that can just take the life lead and systematically break you down like real top tiers.
