In addition to Ivy's powers he can pretty much grow as big as he wants, fly, teleport throughout the universe, change plant matter in a way that Ivy can't (he once created a city on a distant planet) immortal, and almost invulnerable. He's ridiculously powerful and pretty much top-tier in the DC universe.

Look at like this way, Swamp Thing is to God as Ivy is to a minor angel. Ivy is part of "the Green," Swamp Thing represents it. He is its avatar.

Well, I disagree that she's more classy. Ivy can be extremely crude while Swamp Thing is highly intelligent, polite, and sophisticated. Now if you're talking about the way they look...

Yeah classy is not the word I'd used for Ivy either, maybe graceful when it comes to fighting.

Average person doesn't even know that Swamp Thing is a DC character or anything about him at all. She's more popular.

I would rather have Poison Ivy in the game over Swamp Thing because even though I'm sick and tired of Batman characters there are not enough women in the game.

Yes. This all the way. If I don't get Ivy then I'll accept any female fighter as long as she is a villain OR not a corny hero (Zatanna). Not dissing Zatanna but she is so polar opposite of my style/image.

only knew about Harley and Quan Chi. Bane on venom would fight like he does in the game so yeah. i take back what i said.
