Who would you say is the most balanced character in the game?

As were nearing closer and closer to MKX I wanna hear everyone's concrete opinions on certain topics in the game. We all have a good idea of what's going on now so let's have an open discussion. I've searched for threads about this and couldn't find any so if there already is a thread on this feel free to merge or do whatever you guys need to do.

Salt aside, who do you guys think is the most balanced in the game? The character that can do it all, whether it's zoning, rushdown, footsies etc. Who is the true jack of all trades in Injustice?

I meant balance in terms of being able to handle any situation, not whether he's a fair character or not.
