What Would Paulo Do?

The man responsible for the balance and Meta that is Mortal Kombat and Injustice always has reasons for the way characters play, the nerfs that they get, and the buffs that they get. Paulo theory is one of the main reasons we all love this game and NRS in general.
Balance may at times be an issue...but is it really? Before you blame the game, the MU and make a thread warranting buffs or nerfs, just ask yourself one question...
