DISCLAIMER: This thread is for people who want to know which variation is the strongest to help them decide. If somethings seems off to you, tell me and I'll edit it with other's opinions and confirmation as well. Please, don't be an ass, and just explain. All of these are in alphabetical order for easy navigation. Please tell me if I'm missing something. If there's a (?), please correct if I'm wrong.

As I said, they're debatable.
There may be changes. All of those you mentioned are very close.
Dragon's Fire because of the cancels, but not 100% sure.

Ethereal's fades utilities outweigh Ravenous's extra damage and pseudo ticks imo. Fades give Mileena safety by her being able to end all her blocked strings into fade away. Combo extension for one bar which can add up to 5% to a combo. Mixups for one bar or a guaranteed throw. A free wake up that is safe. The ability to essentially parry or negate any attack or projectile in the game that is reactable. Ravenous on the other hand beefs up her damage by quite a bit and give her a bit more pressure with the pounces. However, Ethereal just has more options as a variation overall.

Unbreakable is better than Cryomancer.

Deceptive is the best variation for Reptile, then nimble and noxious.

Relentless, unstoppable, and then slasher for Jason.

Kenjutsu is better than possessed

Deceptive better than Nimble and Noxious? Really??

I'll need more opinions, but I'll take your word on the Jason and Kenshi...

Is there a reason Kuatan Warrior is listed above Dragon Fangs and Tigrar Fury? I think it's his worst variation, with DF being the easy pick for best.

Yes, this will always be under maintenance as long as this thread is alive.
Though, SF above Covert Ops, and Brawler above Spec Ops?
SF one I understand more, but Spec Ops I think is better than Brawler

I think it's her second, DN still has good damage, range, and a special that's only punishable by certain characters. In the corner she has a 50/50 that's relatively safe and results in a HKD if successful.
