Midscreen, deep jik can also be followed up with quick dash, 22 slide for 20% and 22, ex ice blast, (b1)2212, slide for 32%

Hey Dark_Rob, I pulled this off last night, but I'm not sure how viable it is. I think I just got situationally lucky.
JIP B12 Freeze, crossover 2, 214 Xray : 53% I forget if its 11 hits or 13 (at work right now)

I disagree with not including the b1,2,1 setups as true combos. You should treat the sequence as if it were any other traditional BnB. All of the "bonus" potential of the setup (which can be discussed in depth in another thread) comes after this is established as a BnB.

What you posted was already known for ages and Rob already put it into the guide/combo list. Check to make sure that the combo you're posting is actually something new, is all im saying.

I wasnt going to not include them. I was planning on starting another thread soon devoted specifically to setups/baits/mindgames since they are such a big part of Subzero game. Maybe we can collaborate on a Sub Zero strategy guide much like the Scorpion "What do Teddy Bears have to do with Vengeance" thread? B121 combos, B2 set-ups, oki game and splatters, corner strats. Maybe make a conversation in the inbox with the prominent Sub Zero players and make it a group effort? What do you think?

I can upload a vid of Sub's most damaging combos in every situation if you'd like. I'm pretty sure that none of them are practical whatsoever but it could be good to know :)

Btw, I think you should add "dash" after every Ice Ball into NJP combo not that it matters much...

When this version works, you can just do the (b+1),2 version for 39%
Its slightly harder but it's pretty consistent if the stances are correct.
To be safe, I usually just take the 2,1,2 slide ender. Does like 35% I think. Can be worth it you failed to hit confirm the 2,2 and need the combo to end the round.

While a lot of the combos aren't worth doing, I think the point is to have any combo possible so that any new player can come and look and find the ones that work best for them. B/c like I've said before ... consistent damage > dropping combos trying for more.

I rarely use this combo, since it's kinda tricky to do and situational because doesn't work against all characters. I try to use on reaction when, for some reason, I don't hit confirm 214 into Ice Blast or Slide in the corner.
