I honestly am. I wanted to main Quan when the game came out but just couldn't make anything work with him. This has got me pretty excited and wanting to pick him up again. Always loved his character.

Armor on Skydrop EX? SWEET!!! I would have also LOVED to see armor on the trance. But I think that would be a bit too much. Oh well...NRS, GET ON IT!! hehe

I'd hope for regular skydrop being less vulnerable on wake-up, but it's an improvement, yesterday I was so pissed when KL's roll anti aired me when my stomp was landing -_-
I wish he had invincibility frames on wake up without having to use EX. Almost like Ermac wakeup tele slam. I hate doing a wakeup sky drop and getting poked out of it or swept out of it.
I wish I was excited about it. I mean, yeah it's nice. But realize that it's only going to be blocked and then punished with full combo. Skydrops are only useful as anti-air or combo enders to set up rune traps. When someone is on the ground in your face, and you EX Skydrop to get out, they're going to have plenty of time to block and kill you anyways. The only use of this will be to absorb the hit with armor, and then whiff. And even then, we're placed in a bad position. I would have much rather had armor on the EX Rune to wake up with a big FUCK YOU. Or at least make the EX Skydrop whiff take you much further from the opponent. Like half to fullscreen.
Who knows until the patch does come out? If it is the only thing, I'd still be happy. At least it's something armored.
This is what I was thinking myself, who knows how it will actually turn out in a match though. & you have to realize people might start respecting his wake up a little bit more so it may just make them block on your wake up... I don't know, maybe I'm over thinking this.

IMO it ok but not something to be happy about. Wasting 1 Meter for an unsafe escape n way in mmmmhhh Make it safe on whiff and it would be better. Meter for runetrap into mixup is way more important.
