You need to get Pokebank. Which can be downloaded from the E Shop. Then you have to download Poke Transfer. You insert you BW send them through Poketransfer. Then insert X/Y and load up Pokebank. Then you take the pokemon in the transfer and send them to Pokebank and then into your X/Y

Yea I just looked up Eelecktrik. Electric poke with levitate lololol. It also has a very diverse move pool and its a mixed attacker. I NEED ONE!
