LOL Trust me, guys. I am just as curious about the removal of this glitch as you are. I have sent Konqrr a private message. He is reliable, and I believe he has an X-Box 360 to test the glitch.

I usually take Tom's word, but the official patch notes say otherwise, which is why I am so doubtful. Freddy Krueger • Freddy’s Nightmare Stance can’t be repeated instantly anymore. • Fixed a bug where Freddy could get stuck being immune to projectiles. • Freddy forward and backward Teleports (Hell Shift) build slightly less meter. • Some of Freddy reactions were not damage scaling correctly. • Tweaked the recovery on some of Freddy specials.
Someone, I think darknatas said he was playing freddy all day yesterday and the glitch never happened. Surprised no one else has bothered with it. One thing that is kinda weird though, tom says they want to fix it through a hotfix, but that doesn't seem possible. The hotfix system they have in place is only modifiers, they can only tweak damage and toggle system mechanics, you can't change or fix existing game code. Not to mention that if they could fix it though a simple hotfix, they probably would have very soon after he came out.
Yes, I think the glitch is gone too. I have not heard, read, or seen anything from anyone. People would complain by now, and if there is anything the community is very good at, it is complaining. Eventually, I will test the glitch myself, and if there is no glitch, I will convince tournament organizers to allow Freddy in tournaments.
I cant speak for all TO's but if the projectile immunity glitch has been removed then we will not ban him at east coast tournaments. We did ban him at SummerJam solely because of this glitch, we did however allow all other DLC characters(Kenshi,Rain,Skarlet.)
