[UPDATED w/ E3 Schedule] "Mortal Kombat X" officially being shown at E3

The information keeps flowing in and this time it's from the official Warner Bros UK twitter! It appears that NetherRealm Studios is officially attending E3 next week to show off Mortal Kombat X to the public for the first time! In addition to this, Warner Bros confirms that Mortal Kombat X will be on all platforms!

Thanks to @Cossner, we're given a clearer definition of when exactly the reveal for Mortal Kombat X will occur at E3 via IGN's broadcast. You can go straight to here or observe the image below to find out when. If you'd rather just hear it, the reveal will be at 2:40 P.M. PDT next Wednesday.

a hell of a lot. there aren't enough nex gen exclusives, especially good ones, to warrant a lot of people abandoning the previous generation consoles in favor of the newest generation.

I will agree I'm glad my PS4 was simply a gift at Christmas time, cause it literally collects dust since there is just no must have games for right now. I may have to buy MKX for both PS4 and 360 simply due to lack of controller support for PS4.

Ugh, pretty disappointing it is going to be on PS3 and 360...but I guess it is hard to expect anything else since it is easy money. Hopefully developing the game on last gen won't hurt the finished product that much. With that said, with how good MK9 and Injustice are on PC, I will definitely be getting it on PC as well.

I wasn't claiming it to be its just a bit funny considering that was the nickname everyone made when it comes to mocking the system. I might have even been a typo.

I had a feeling this wouldn't make it to the Wii U. Good on NRS to not waste time and resources on it.

Nothing against the Wii U or anything, however. It just wouldn't net them many sales.

Was it really used to mock the system? Is calling something a bone bad? I always thought it was just shorthand for xbox one. xbone. much quicker. Also, not trying to argue... just curious =P

Back when the system was announced with all its wild DRM and anti-consumer policies and the evil Kinect spying insanity, which is partially why many went to the PS4, people called it the Xbone. Now mainly referred to as the X1 is the name many use.
