Catwoman can get 46% midscreen meter less and trait less with the double just frame f3s. I also know an easier double f3 that's 44% and also a 43% but most of these are "Check level" combos, hard to pull off under any stress.
@Ra Helios are you familiar with any of these??

For AM finishing the same combo you have with trident toss(bf2) adds one more percent. For Grundy finishing the same combo with health chain instead of power chain does 41%
