Match-up Discussion Liu Kang V Kintaro

I was playing around on MAT 2 and managed to get Kintaro in the corner when I was Liu Kang. I kept on JK, Air Fireball. After the Fireball, Liu and Kintaro both fell back so I jumped in a kept on doing it til I won the match. Kintaro never seemed to block but I wanna know if this a full proof Kintaro technique?

I'm pretty sure Kintaro can block that. I've tried that a couple times in the past and eventually he blocks, throws me, and then uppercuts.
