I'm a huge supporter of the Madzin school of thought when it comes to Noob in this game, he has to take risks, portals; ex disabler in the corner instead of chris g shadow loops; etc

Noob may not to be able to zone as strongly. But reptile has no armor wakeups except for one. Which means all your oki setups are really gonna kill him

Reptile doesn't need armor to spank Noob. The match up is bad imo, idc what anyone says.

Not having armor doesn't mean you character can't do anything in this game. There is a block button. Reptile can just block a pressure strings and then be put in a position where he has to guess right to destroy him again. Online reptile is different from an actual reptile.

Dont use pressure strings. Once you knock him down just keep throwing clones. It beats all his wakeups. Then he's gonna start respecting you more and you can Start blackhole setups

Or, he can block my shadow charge and I'll be -45 frames in frame disadvantage. Noob is a high risk low reward character with little to no comeback mechanics. Throwing a shadow charge so close to reptile on wakeup, when the move is highly unsafe, is asinine. You have to be a scrub to fall for that trick.

Online is completely different than offline mk9.
