Serious question.. not trolling.. but I had really high hopes for Dizzy at EVO. He beat Sonic Fox in Grand Finals at CEO (I think?). I know Raiden got nerfed, but Dizzy has always been a top player, dating back to MK9.

Were the Raiden nerfs that bad? Did he fall out of practice? I was hoping for a top 8 Evo showing.
