Ex-Bubble drains meter and does damage! Did you know you can use EX-Teleport as an Attack as well? I've fought a bunch or Scorps and Noobs so far, and they all got scared by the EX_Teleport! It's as if they are afraid to use projectiles at me!

Had some real problems with a Kung Lao-player, very tricky. But still managing all the Scorps and Noobs so far! Geyser-Kick is a decent antiair
rain i think rain is a very good character but not an one day character to learn he has so many tools and so may tricks. specials teleport his teleport can be hitten on the very few frames but it recovers fast very use full to counter projectiles and force your opponent to block making rain a very difficult character to zone. ex teleport has a hit box and can counter projectiles and punish it can also be use to trick people ho like to counter the regullar teleport with an attack. super roundhouse there is so many way you can use this move but the best one is mind games it kind of work like sonya's millitary stand but better ''at close'' this move will have your opponent think before they let go block. ex has has armor for a full combo this make rain a scary character to rush down when he has meter this could be the best armor move in the game. water ball or however is call it gives rain a combo at full screen however is very unsafe and should not be use a lot in a match if you want to win. . . unlike quan chi rain does not get a combo on trade with a fire ball this move will most likely be use for combos. lightning this move is what rains mid to full screen game will be all about it comes out fast and on hit it recovers fast very good to stop your opponent from putting a fire ball in the screen. nomarls attacks 33 and 43 hit comfirmed to df3 or db2 which make it his best string to start a combo... 12f4 is good as well but the first 2 hits are high and will not hit crouching opponents .
i think he shows promise, and i love the gameplaystyle thus far. i havent found his combos too hard to land tho, ive had more trouble with kanos 2,1,2 juggle lol. im guessing its A LOT different online.
I believed Rain will be tough and quite top tiers but in dead ... not at all. His super roundhouse kick come very slowly. His bubble has a receovery time very long. More over, His attacks are quite weak ...
Stop complaining about the recovery of his specials, hes rushdown so it makes sense that theyre punishable, look at how fast/anti-air his normals are.
Little bit more experience with him...there's no doubt in my mind he'll be a pretty solid character, definitely around top of mid, maybe higher.
My first impression of rain is that he should be called Puddles from now on. Like cuddles only with water...
I just played as him this weekend. He's soooo good. I like using lighting for getting people across the screen then using water ball. his RH is REALLY good for combos, his EX.....even better. hes got a really nasty three hit combo which leads into 30 and up % combos (Ohhhhh yaa.) Has a decent mixup game with back 2. The popup can also go into a combo. I love this character.
LOL. God that deserves to be sigged Bwahahahaha (late I know XD) I actually do have fun playing him though.
