Day -4MONTHS Dual Jin main
Last night we held a tournament that was completely full of killers. Honeybee, Biohazard, Shujinkydink, DoctorStabs, Aura, and Semiij just to name a few. Add in some flawlesses, some teabags, and some very close match-ups...we could not have thought of a better way to introduce ourselves to the world. Let along, our very own to win the whole thing!
Top 8 were as follows:
WINNERS
Shujinkydink (Summoner Quan Chi) v EXiLE DoctorStabs (Imposter Shinnok) - Stabs takes this match 3-0 after showcasing why Shinnok stealing trance is completely ridiculous. Dink was able to zone him a little but once Shinnok got in, it was all but finished.
EMPEROR_KNICKS (Kuatan Warrior Goro) v cR HoneyBee (Swarm Queen Dvorah, Acidic Alien) - Knicks shocked many and takes this match 3-1. Dealing with Punch Walk is very hard. Very, very hard. HoneyBee starts with Alien but makes the switch to Dvorah after being down 2-0. HoneyBee takes a match and then Knicks punchwalked to victory.
LOSERS
Hi_ImAura (Noxious Reptile) v MRKN Semiij (Outlaw Erron Black) - 3-0 Aura to continue his onslaught in loser's bracket, being sent there on his 2nd match in then proceeds to 3-0 every single kombatant he faced, including Semiij. His Force Balls were on point the whole tournament.
Kinetic_Sicarios (Heavy Weapons Jax) v TheRONDARIUS (Imposter Shinnok) - Sicarios continues his streak in loser's with a 3-1 win over the dark horse of the tournament. TheRONDARIUS was sent to Loser's in his very first match and fought all the way to top 8. Jax's corner pressure proved to be overwhelming to Rondarius and Sicarios takes it.

Shujinkydink (Summoner and Sorceror Quan Chi) v Hi_ImAura (Noxious Reptile) - Aura continues his tear through Loser's with a 3-0 win over the person who sent him to Loser's in the first place. Aura used Reptile's agility to navigate around all of Summoner's zoning options and the he utilized the two hitting moves that he has to break the armor that Quan gets from his spells. Aura finished one match with a flawless and started the next match with one. Today was Aura's day.
cR Honeybee (Swarm Queen D'Vorah) v Kinetic_Sicarios (Dragon Fire Liu Kang) - HoneBee shows life again after convincingly taking this game 3-0. Liu Kang didn't have much of a choice but to 'hold that' with all of D'Vorah's pressure options. There's nothing to say more about the MU other than Honeybee recording a flawless and taking time between rounds to post his Mop emoji...

Hi_ImAura (Noxious Reptile) v cR Honeybee (Acidic Alien, Swarm Queen D'Vorah) - Aura continues his impressive run by beating one of the favorites to win the tournament 3-1. Honeybee starts off with Acidic Alien...I guess to see who is more...acider? After Aura takes the 2-0 lead, Honeybee makes the switch to his main D'Vorah. He takes a round off of Aura but Aura bounces back with a convincing win to send the last of the two cR members out of the tournament.

EXiLE DoctorStabs (Boneshaper Shinnok) v EMPEROR_KNICKS (Kuatan Warrior Goro) - EXiLE members continued to proudly watch their very own dominate this tournament, taking this match 3-1. Stabs pulls out his Boneshaper and uses his range to maintain distance away from Goro's shenanigans. Stabs picks up the first match, Knicks answers back with a win of his own. Stabs then quickly closes out the last two matches in convincing fashion.

Hi_ImAura (Noxious Reptile) v EMPEROR_KNICKS (Imposter Shinnok, Dragon Fangs Goro) - Aura records another 3-0 here against an amazing player. The agility proved to be too much for Knicks' Shinnok as Aura convincingly takes the first two matches. Finally, Knicks switches to Dragon Fangs Goro and is finally showing some life but Aura completely eliminates Knicks setting up our Grand Finals!

EXiLE DoctorStabs (Imposter Shinnok) v Hi_ImAura (Noxious Reptile) - In a very close match, Stabs eliminates Aura 3-2 without a bracket reset. These matches went back and forth until random select gives Stabs and his Imposter Shinnok a certain jungle with a certain interactable. This match was one for the books as they traded blow for blow but Stabs finally sealed the deal and became our champion!
