Seems like there are only 8 pools and not 16. Pools start at 12:00pm and each pool is allotted 1 hour and 15 minutes to be completed. Top 16 will start at 10:00 pm and by 11:00 pm the top 8 should be known. That is my guess on how it will be organized.

That schedule might be a mistake unless they plan on running a 128 man tournament in 4 hours.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking.

Usually we see 2 hour blocks for 2-pool sets, with 1-2, 3-4 etc running side by side. So transitioning into the Top 16 somewhere around 8-10 pm makes sense.
