yes but he get damage very easily. You can cross over or jump kick AA's, you cant do anything vs the spin.

To be honest I am more afraid of jumping at Johnny cage for fear of an inevitable nutpunch so I get your point but I didn't realize that was being taken into account. KL has more anti air options than cage does. Also I don't see how Scorpion and Cyrax can make the grade here before Nightwolf and Jax.

If you're on about how easy it is to AA with the character then I'd say SZ and KL

If you mean how effective their AA is, Cage, Cyrax with 1 bar can AA for 48% too without resets

Well NW and Jax have initial AA attacks which are better. D+1, standing 1. They both end up with about 25%. Nightwolf gets a knockdown mix-up with EX lightning. Jax gets a knock down mixup with a ground pound. Both of those things are better than a vortex in my opinion. The scorpion vortex is shit.

KL wins by a landslide. 6-frame aa with priority over everything that can get 30%. You literally can not jump at a good Kung Lao EVER.

I think Kitana can get 30% from a standing 3 or a JK aa
