ADDING IGAU @ Battle at the capitol, lets see if the community is alive in D.M.V

Captain Oxygen requested that IGAU be added to my event of battle at the capitol and after being at CV and always loving the IGAU community myself, decided to add it. The only problem is that it seems dead in the DC/VA/MD area and at Xanadu, noone would show up. (Atleast when i played). I dont play myself anymore but love love love the IGAU community. I will be adding to the "Battle at the Capitol" as a side tourney for now with a $10 venue and 5 entry for injustice. If i dont get the number i have in my mind, im afraid i can't add it anymore. so please D.M.V area, show up for your game this weekend and prove me wrong.
