So i started to play jade like a month ago . Im running delia air projectile and low projectile. Some players I just cant open up . They dont try to fb last hit of b3 string , always block low and can react well to most staggers i do . What to do vs them ?

Im new to red hood , playing him just for like a month now . Im good with him vs chars without zoning and I understand how to play vs them . But I need help and suck vs chars like harley ,supergirl ,bb ... Chars with fast projectiles . How do you play vs them ? Any advice ?
So I saw in dinks video hes doing a vortex where he activates blue trait after mb trap and ends combo in trap while in trait . After it he jumps over and do nj3 . I can tell its guess between cross up or not but how do you time it to cross up or not ?
