I'll update the OP, but there will be MK XL and UMK3 tournies with a 10.00 fee, pot split 70/20/10 for the payout!

We'll have to let you know @YOMI FOREVER KING - there is still planning going on, and there may be official tournaments for mk9/mk xl. When we confirm I'll be sure to post in this thread.

It's been a long time since I've been around these parts, but I wanted to make sure everyone that is interested in GGA's long-standing event knew about it. This will be bigger and better than any MK event GGA has ever run, needing 2 days to contain all the tournaments, guest appearances, photo...

Thanks to the efforts of @GGA_Ghostlord and @Zaidninja, GGA has its own custom Mortal Kombat X cabinet on its arcade floor next to all the previous MK games. It is in an original Midway cabinet with the original layout, featuring high quality cherry switches and bat-top IL joysticks...

feel free to use these and build on them to get even more damage! anyone else have some early combos they want to share so we can build some early BnB's?

is the data correct in showing db2 is -10 on block (-9 if you use EX version)? that wouldn't be safe against most of the cast unless I'm missing something here...unless it pushes back a lot on block making punishes not be in range?

I can't tell by looking at the frame data, which move is safe, armored, and is a combo starter?

It won't be that early, I'm guessing early afternoon. @GGA_Ghostlord (GGA owner Doc) is reluctant to set firm starting times for specific events, might want to ask on the facebook event page, because he doesn't log in here much.

To clarify for everyone, there is an invite-only tourney happening at the event, but there will also be an "open" Mortal Kombat X tournament...more details coming soon!
