I agree, df2 should be safe, and Raiden will be fine. If we're being greedy, get rid of the gap between b31 and perhaps make f3 safer The ugliest thing about Raiden is opponents can breakaway and full combo punish him on his bnbs. I just don't see how that can be fixed.
