Dude, IT IS! It must have erased with the server update. I had started watching it, the day before, and before I could get to the lab...... Thanks, a million. Btw, if you're ever on PSN, hit me up for games. ESP_Oa7H
Great video, J! Didn't you also do a video on Cyrax and his meterless options/set ups? I can't find it anywhere lol. I've learned an immense amount from you and deeply thank you for the info.
If your dwn 1 catches them high in their jump, you barely have to dash at all. Because of the properties of f2 you don't have to dash as far and your chances of shocker whiffing are reduced, considerably.
EDIT: In the combo that I listed above, I meant to say b3, into superman.....oops.
If they are close to you, when they jump, you can dwn 1 them, dash f2 into shocker combo. Once they're in the corner I like to pressure with f2, 4 and since f2, 4 pushes back on block, I would just react. They will either jump at you and you are at perfect AA combo distance.(see bw1zz's go to...
I do like Choas says. Except, after dwn 1 I like to f2, shocker, as f2 can catch them closer to the ground. If you have trouble nailing 3,3,4 after shocker I would go for dwn 1, f2, shocker, f2, v. blast, b1, superman.
I've landed this set up numerous times. It's so hard to mess up and so rewarding. Worse case scenario, the opponent must block water bubble. That is, unless the opponent catches on and then your risking an advancing wake up attack.
83% is my highest with both combos combined......the 2 listed...
Great find, Emmure. I took your idea and messed around a bit. What I found is if you apply the 2, 4, bubble at the end of a longer string the opponent falls faster, thus recovering faster in time for bubble. It not only reduces chance to whiff but it happens even faster in which the opponent has...
Just wanted to say that I thought you did very well and looked great W1zZ. You have a way with showing how viable Raiden is. Like how you shut down Reptile's dash..(who is another strong 5to5). It's always great seeing what you will come up with next, bro.
As long as you read his tele, you can inserrt your kombo of choice for full punishment. Like you said right out of animation frames. I main Raiden, so I insert his b3 1 2 string.
Oh, gotcha. Thanks. I did, however, see your tag video with Marvaz..... You make great reads on opp. I'm getting there, but the biggest thing I believe in is constantly switching up my play. Like, defensive to offensive, random but reliable shocker, njp, etc. You can do all these things lol. Do...
Awesome, thanks. I guess what I meant is...if you start a mid-screen kombo with b312, then f2 shocker, 334 superman. Is there a reliable way, at all, that you can time the 334 as op is coming out of shocker? Also, how the hell do you deal with cross-over jump punch spammers? It's hard to tele...
What is the best way to time a 3,3,4 then dive, after a mid-screen b312 starter? And is vis-blast best used as only AA; like when you anticipate an over-head jump?
