This doesn't work on wake ups that AA, and the timing can be different depending on the speed of the wake up. It works with all hard knockdowns, but I find it easier to do with Sword flip.

When you do Flash's running man stance, and then just press forward, and right before you touch your opponent, do the lightning charge, and Flash goes right through them. Not sure if this can be useful or not.

When I'm being pressured, I try to go for a EN Rh or EN tele to escape it, but sometimes nothing comes out and I'm just stuck in a blocked state, but yet I still lose meter for it. Does this happen to anyone else?

I found a small way, but it involves the use of 1 meter, and it only works if your opponent does a wake up. So I'm wondering if anyone else found a better way to use it.
