It's a personal preference. Strippers are not attractive to me, nor is the attire of a stripper. I realize Sheeva isn't wearing much either, but she's basically an Amazon, so it fits.

The only female characters in the game who are even remotely attractive to me are Mileena, Sindel, and Sheeva, with Sheeva being the most attractive due to her distinctive, muscular appearance. The rest are interchangable ninja sluts and generally wastes of time. Sonya is the worst offender...

Sub-Zero is probably the best defensive character in the game. If played at his fullest potential, he's basically unapproachable without a teleport, and very difficult to pin down even if you do.

A universal approach tactic, regardless of your main character, is to dash into block repeatedly, but carefully. A Sonya-specific strategy that seems like it would work for me would be to telegraph a smoke bomb, then punish with a far dive kick.

Japan does that all the time. Just look at how fucking awful the BlazBlue series turned out to be.

The best anti-air in the game is Kung Lao's :x. His Spin is also excellent. Most characters have decent anti-air attacks, but as a Jade main, I find that my anti-air attacks only work at a distance. I have trouble defending on wakeup.

Yeah, I personally love the PDP stick, no regrets at all. The best thing about it is that it feels sturdy. As well-made as the MadCatz and HORI sticks are, I always feel like I'm going to break the damn thing(even though that isn't likely).

Zangief has no way to approach Sagat. Between Sagat's lightning-fast fireball and his long-range, high-priority normals, he can keep Zangief away from him all day.

My picks for top five would be Ermac, Raiden, Kung Lao, Sub-Zero, and Cyrax, in no particular order. Sub-Zero is going to be the turtle king of this game, he has so many defensive options.

He doesn't. His only real popup is NJ :fp or :bp, like everybody has.

Yeah, Noob does bugger all for damage, but I personally don't even mind. He's going to be my secondary(my main being Raiden). He might not be top tier, but damned if he isn't fun.

I'm still not entirely sure. I want a character who is competitively viable, but the go-to strong characters like Smoke and Kabal don't really mesh with me. Noob Saibot is fun and I feel like I understand his style, but I know for a fact that anybody who can teleport is going to wreck his shit...
