Top 3 Rogues Galleries in Komics

What characters have the top 5 rogue galleries in comics? Can you enlighten me and preferably put them in order. There are people putting Spider-Man at number 1 and I don't know why. If there's anything I need to read to be shown why a villain is so great tell me the name of it and I'll get around to reading it.

Depends on what you mean when you say "Top Galleries"? Like most powerful enemies? most enemies? most diverse?

I would say batman though cause he has a TON of villains. And mister freeze... who doesn't like cold puns?

Batman is easily the best. Not even a contest.
Spider-man probably has the most memorable Marvel rogues. I even know his bottom tiers like shocker or Rhyno.
3rd is tough I'm not a big comic guy but I hear Flash has a good rogues gallery. Also Xmen rogues are great.

1. Batman
2. Spider-Man

3. Eh maybe X-Men?

Batman has the most well-known villains because of how much mainstream presence he's had in the past 3 decades but the characters themselves aren't that great.

For me its easily Batman, X-men and spiderman in the top 3.

I love X-Men but half their villains become heroes and to be honest none of them beat out the villains from my Top 3. Spidey villains range from the terrifying to the downright stupid (The Ringer anyone?) which is why he gets that number 1 spot, all of them are crazy memorable. Batman's are pretty iconic, I mean I don't really need to go any further do I? Arkham is like a looking gallery of some of the coolest villains around. The Flash has some crazy villains like Grodd and Reverse Flash etc. but what really swings it is are The Rogues themselves, such an awesome team who aren't stupid, they don't go around murdering for fun and they have that weird middle ground with Flash where they don't push him to far (except that one time O_O)

It's just that Spider-Man's villains seem a bit wacky.

Spider man(mainly because of the symbiotes)Batman,and green lantern in my opinion lol and

Spiderman for sure. I cant reccommend enough the series "spectacular foes of spiderman." Its basically a series revolving around his bottom tier jobber foes and their bumbling antics. Amazing writing and hilarious comedy. Spidey isnt even in it much so its not just him vs them.

Batman, too classic to ignore same as spidey.

Xmen. Some of marvels heaviest hitters but this spot is debateable.
