Which probably means boss or secret unlock.

After seeing that Jax skin though willing to believe just about any of the known roster could be the big bad, given the comic's hints at how the blood code works.

I agree @Espio. I still don't see why people think MK4 was trash. It was fun as fuck to play and it was the first game to introduce a lot of shit. Alternate costumes, cinematics, a fucking TRAINING mode, etc. Oh and MK4 had interactables, Injustice aint got shit on that. lol

Yeah it was broken and not a good competitive game but as an MK game I consider it to be just as good as the others in terms of quality. The only shitter characters that were introduced in that game were Jarek and Kai. I don't even consider Kai to be bad, just painfully boring.

@aj1701 honestly I consider it to be bigger than the other MKs in terms of innovation. Like I said, it introduced a lot of stuff to the games that people don't realize.

That was Jax's revenant form. Same like Sub and Kitana.

Actually there was a description of what 'jax' looked like in chapter one that most definitely did NOT match that image in the Cage family trailer.. lemme see if I can find which one..

Here: "Jax has purple glowing light emanating from his bionic arms and has a more distinguished goatee. "

Granted the Goatee, but not purple glowing arms.. maybe there's a more definite confirm that that fight in the trailer is the same as in the story mode somewhere I'm not aware of? Feels like they would have mentioned the baldness and the spiky arms, and the mad-cyborg look of the arms too if that was what was in story mode as Rev Jax.

yeah, his actual first debut was in the defenders of the realm but I don't think they created him just for that. That was just the first time he was actually introduced.

Havik, nope, stupid. Kenshi wasn't MK4 but he was after, and he and Quan are meh, although they did a decent job on Quan in MK9, Kenshi had no story in MK9 but also was ok. If neither were present though I would not have cared, nor would I care if they were not in MKX.

I watched that whole series last week ...really not that bad considering what was the norm for that time...A new one would be sweet...My dream would be a hardcore adult swim type MK animation...

Maybe it's his different variations the one in story mode was called pumped-up
